OUR STORY

Born in Turin now resident in Kidsgrove (Staffs), I have been baking since I was a child following my father’s precious recipes.  Papa’ Franco, Maitre Patissiere in Turin for over 40 years, has been teaching me all (well…almost!) the secrets to bake the delicacies you can find here today.
